Many people ask me where do I get my info about the places that I will visit. Well after some research that I made and by speaking to the locals in every country I get to visit quite interesting places and ride in beautiful roads. Some of the reasearch and experiences that I had are included in these maps that I created so I can make it easier for you guys to plan your trip. In the following map I included all the waypoints I went to in every country and some of the bests roads I rode. In the city STAR icons of the cities you can find links for the Free walking tours of every city.


Paperwork - ID - Passport - Visa - Driving license

Bulgaria is a member country of EU

You can enter the country with ID card if you are a European citizen No need to issue visa if you are a European citizen

You will need your vehicle ownership document.

You don’t need to have an international driving licence when traveling to Bulgaria as long as your licence is valid and has a photograph.

Currency: Bulgarian Leva

Fuel.

Super 95 (Unleaded), Premium 98, Diesel, LPG

There are fuel stations everywhere but usually you will find some at the entrance and exit of each city, town or village. Credit cards are accepted almost everywhere.

No tolls or vignette for motorcycles

Speed Limits

Speed limit for cars:

  • 50 km/h within towns

  • 90 km/h outside towns

  • 140 km/h on motorways

Speed limit for motorcycles, buses and trucks without trailers:

  • 50 km/h within towns

  • 80 km/h outside towns

  • 100 km/h on motorways
